1)How can I place an order ?
  • Select a product >choose your specifications>apply discount coupon and offers> click on add to cart>select the quantity>proceed to check out> fill the required details>add address>make payment.
2) How to track my order?
  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and a text msg with courier tracking details.
3) Where do you deliver?
  • We deliver all over India.
4) When will I receive my order?
  • Express courier 2 to 3 business days.
  • Normal courier 3 to 4 business days.

5) How can I return/exchange/refund my order
  • In case you are not satisfied with the product/purchase, you are entitled for an exchange or refund (excl. shipping and handling) within 7 days of receiving your order, as long as the product is in its original and unused condition. It is a 7 day return policy.

A) In order to qualify for our return policy the following requirements need to be fulfilled:

  • Clothing items must be returned unworn and unwashed and in brand new condition.
  • Rubbers and blades must be sealed in their original packaging.
  • Shoes must be in their original condition. You may use the same box your shoes were shipped in to return them.
  • Bags and Accessories must be returned unused with their original packaging and labels.
  • Important notice -This policy does not apply to specialty items e.g. assembled rackets and for items bought from clearance sale. This policy does not apply to second hand products.
  • Every order comes with a tracking number that’ll be automatically emailed to you as soon as your order has been shipped. You can use the same tracking number at our website to track your order. If you haven’t received your tracking number in 3 business days after placing your order, please contact our customer support.

9) Are the products original?
  •  Yes. We are an authorized dealer for all the brands we sell. The products in our store from that brand are acquired from trusted and credible distributors.
10) Do you offer racket assembly service
  •  Yes we offer free racket assembly service. Your racket is assembled by a professional person by using high quality glue and professional tools for cutting the rubbers. If your order consists of more than 2 rubbers or 1 blade, please clearly specify the exact combination you’d like us to assemble in the order comments.
